We aim to process and ship Sorelay orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand.

Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout begin after an order has been processed and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout based on your destination and order.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Sorelay is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

International orders, where available, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
